Questions, answered
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, type their name and the camera opens in their phone's browser. No app, no email and no password.
Which phones work?
iPhones on iOS 16 or newer with Safari, and Android phones with Chrome 100 or newer. Guests allow camera access once.
What if the venue Wi-Fi is bad?
Each shot stays on the guest's phone until it is saved. If an upload fails, the guest can try again, and the photo is not lost.
Who can see the photos?
You decide. Guests can see all photos, only the ones you approve, only their own, or none. You can also hide everything until the event ends. Guests always see their own shots.
Can I use my own frame?
Yes. Upload a PNG frame with a transparent area, or pick a built-in template with your event name and date.
How long are the photos kept?
The gallery stays online for a set time after the event, depending on your plan. We email you before it is deleted, and you can download everything as a ZIP.
