Questions about plans

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for each event, when you activate it. There is nothing to cancel afterwards.

What do I get on the free plan?

The free plan suits a small gathering. It has the limits in the table, a shorter gallery period and a small Memoire mark in the corner of every photo. Creating a free event costs nothing.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You pay only the difference between the two plans, and the higher limits apply right away.

How do shots per guest work?

Like a roll of film, each guest gets a set number of shots. You choose the number when you set up the event, up to your plan's limit.

What happens when the gallery period ends?

The photos are deleted. We email you before that happens, so you have time to save the ones you want to keep.

How do I pay?

On a secure Indonesian payment page: QRIS, e-wallets, bank virtual accounts or cards. Memoire never sees your card details.

Do organizers get other prices?

Yes. Wedding organizers, event organizers, photographers and venues get partner pricing through the partner program. Become a partner
